 Business Started 2018

I started studying Accounting in 2007 and was mentored under Local EA for 4 years and Served in 2008 as Accounts Payable for a Fashion Company while someone was on Medical Leave. After 4 years of working seasonally doing Bookkeeping and Taxes, I opened Richardson Bookkeeping LLC with the goal of helping other Business owners with their Business needs.

I am currently studying to be an Enrolled Agent and help other CPAs/ Bookkeepers/ Small businesses Owners with their business needs as Bookkeepers/ Billing Specialist/ and Tax Professionals.

Also in 2022, I started Richardsons Notary Services LLC, I can help you with your personal and business needs as  Notary Public in the State of South Carolina commissioned till 2033.

Jennifer C

Jennifer is a bookkeeper and has a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She has 22 years of experience in bookkeeping and 12 years as a document controller.

Her experiences have sharpened her hard and soft skills and taught her to be patient, accurately organized, and always ready for new challenges. The bookkeeping profession taught her how not to leave any stones unturned. Her second profession, document controller, taught her how to be an expert in keeping documents organized and precise.

She knows Quickbooks online, Waves accounting software, MS office, Office 365, and Google Docs. She also uses Asana, Slack Toggl, and Clockshark in her regular work. She is skilled at creating work processes to assist her in carrying out her responsibilities, as well as easily creating folder structures to track and store source documents for future reference.

Edna has over eight years of bookkeeping experience through her professional knowledge in small business development, strategic planning, business relations, and auditing.

She maintains and grows existing client relationships. When she is not helping clients, she travels and spends quality time with her two young boys. She has QuickBooks certification, Wave, Xero, and FreshBooks Experience.

Jason S

Jason has completed a Master of Business Administration degree and has 1.5 years of bookkeeping experience. He has experience in QuickBooks (Pro Certified), Zoho, Wave, Xero, Microsoft 365, Teams, Clockshark, Trello, and Google Drive.

He is a franchise consultant for Great Clips, Inc. and has held executive positions in the non-profit industry, managing budgets up to $3.5 million. He launched his own consulting business in 2021, providing assistance and strategies to small business owners in business operation improvements and overall processes. He specializes in bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and monthly reporting.

He considers himself a problem-solver, attentive to detail, and a hard worker, listening to the client’s needs thoroughly before jumping to conclusions/solutions.

When he is not working a full-time job or bookkeeping, he spends time with his wife and five kids, hiking, playing sports, or being active.
